Cabinets
Our standard cabinets are
custom built specifically for your home. Standard materials are
red oak. Shelves are plywood and upper cabinet shelves are
adjustable. Corners are round and fluted. Hinges are hidden
European type with a single screw adjustment.
Windows
All windows are double pane
with low ‘E’ glass. They can be vinyl or wood with exterior
clad extrusions for low maintenance. All opening windows come
standard with screens
Trim
Our trim is designed to have a
visual impact. Instead of plain faced 2", our standard casing is
milled LC-11 in 3” size. Baseboard
is the matching LB-11 in 4” size. All interior doors are 6
panel solid core.
Texture
Standard texture is either a
light ‘orange peel’ or a ‘splatter knock down’. All exterior
corners come standard as ‘bull nosed.’
HVAC
Our standard heating and air
conditioning systems have a minimum 14 S.E.E.R. rating and carry
a 10 year manufacturer’s parts & one year labor warranty.
